How can you sell the products so cheap?

Do I need a prescription to order?

A prescription is not required to order our products.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from China mainland or Hongkong.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Shipping time depends on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
When available you will be provided tracking information.

What are your delivery charges?

US$38 to any single address.

My tracking number does not move.

Usually this happens when items are being held on custom and are waiting custom clearance. This does not mean any problem. But if your tracking code shows no progress within 7days please contact us and we will investigate this. We also can advice you to contact your local EMS (USPS) office with the tracking number to get detailed info where item is right now.

Does the parcel require a signature?

Yes. Our parcels are sent by courier who do require the parcel to be sign for. If you will not be available to accept and sign for the delivery, you can leave delivery instructions at the checkout stages. For example, you may request that your parcel is left with a neighbour, or left behind a gate. Our couriers will leave the parcel in a place if they feel that it is safe enough to do so.


Order arrived but it's not complete.

Please contact us when you have such problem. We will need you to send us the picture of what you got including package labels. As a result we can offer you redelivery of missing items, credit towards your new purchase and discount coupon to compensate this problem.

What will tracking number status say if a package has been seized?

Tracking number status will not tell you if it has been seized. Allow your package 2-3 weeks from the shipping date and if the tracking number status does not change contact our Customer Support: Forever@Foever-Inject.cc

What if package is seized by custom?

We have 90% success delivery rate to USA, Canada, Europe and Middle East. Even if products get seized, we offer redelivery or credit towards new purchase on our site. We will just need you to email us official notification from post office or custom that package was stopped and we will arrange new delivery within 3-5 business days.

I missed my package delivery (nobody was home to sign for the package).

The post office will usually keep your package for 2-3 weeks before they return it to sender. Make sure to contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule redelivery or pick up the package in person. If the post office return it to us, Please pay us$38 for new delivery.

I received my order, but some of the products were damaged and unusable.

We do our best to package products as securely and carefully as possible to prevent possible damage. However, in rare occurrences, unusually rough handling by postal services can cause problems. If you receive a product that is unusable due to damage, please take a clear picture of the damaged, send it to us and we will free replace the damaged item or credit towards new purchase on our site.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

We do not charge sales tax. Mostly it is based on your country’s laws and the type and value of your package.Usually don’t need to pay for it.
